We get asked many times what do we do?
Its easy really to answer that.
We are a domestic cleaning agency that provides regular cleaners to clean and care for your home, whereby you get the same cleaner each week. There is an hourly rate which is split where you pay the cleaner direct for their work and the remainder of the hourly rate you pay the agency quarterly in advance.
We then ensure you get an honest, reliable and competent cleaner who has undergone the SelClene Agency Competence Test, undertaken and complied with our Training Standards and Video and has been ID checked, address proven and has provided at least 2 written references. We also check they have valid documents to show they are legally able to work in the UK.
Your Agency provides insurance such that should your cleaner cause damage through their own negligence and providing said damage is over £100, the insurance will pay the amount over the £100 excess.
We carry out regular service calls for feedback to ensure that the cleaner we have allocated is working well for you, and will replace cleaners you feel are not providing you with the service to meet your requirements.
